After having created and structured the programme and having initiated a course addressed to stewards, stewardesses and onboard cuisine staff on behalf of a Genoa-based firm, which got underway in January 2008, Stefania Berzolla decided to go it alone in order to realise, in a more suitable environment, a dream she had long had: carrying out a training course programme for interior crew members including stages directly onboard luxury yachts.

Creator and manager of Yacht Academy, and inspired by her former boss, a yacht Owner for whom she had coordinated the building and furnishing of a villa house in the Caribbean while also selecting and training onboard and ground personnel, Stefania Berzolla decided to leverage on the expertise gained throughout years onboard as Chief Stewardess.
Thus she has laid out a practical programme, focusing on the techniques and skills required by interior crew members, to be taught during the lectures at our premises and directly aboard the yachts participants will practice on for the whole duration of the course, so that they may find out whether life on board would be suitable to their personalities and expectations.
